Our gluten-free bagels are sourced from Gold Standard Gluten Free Baking Co., a trusted Canadian gluten-free bakery. They are produced off-site by Gold Standard and delivered to us frozen to maintain freshness and quality.

We store these bagels frozen and recommend keeping them refrigerated or frozen after purchase.

Because these bagels are not baked fresh in-house, their texture is denser and firmer than traditional fresh-baked bagels. For best results, we strongly recommend toasting before serving.
