Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked bagels and food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure food safety while maintaining customer satisfaction.
General Policy

Perishable items (bagels, sandwiches, spreads, beverages) cannot be returned once they leave our premises for food safety reasons
- All sales of food items are final unless there is a quality issue with your order
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our bagels and stand behind their quality. If you experience any issues:

Report immediately: Contact us within 30 minutes of pickup/delivery at info@collegestreetbagels.com or call either location

Preserve the product: Keep the item in question for our inspection

Documentation: Take photos of any quality concerns
Eligible Refund Situations
We will provide refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect orders (wrong items delivered)
- Missing items from your order
- Quality defects (burnt, undercooked, contaminated items)
- Orders not ready at promised pickup time (15+ minute delay)
Non-Food Items
- Merchandise and branded items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
- Gift cards are non-refundable
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For quality issues, we may offer a replacement or store credit at your preference
