Our roots trace back to the Ehrenworth family's Polish-Jewish heritage, where generations dedicated themselves to the craft of traditional baking, especially the art of making authentic bagels using time-honoured techniques.
From Our Ovens to Your Table
Today, we proudly carry that legacy forward in Toronto, with two locations — Downtown and North York. The Ehrenworth family emigrated from Poland in the 1920s, bringing with them a tradition of quality and care that we continue today. We use classic recipes, 24-hour fermentation, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
