Delivery Service Area

We offer local delivery throughout the GTA.
Deliveries are completed by our own team, not by third-party couriers.This ensures your order arrives fresh, on time, and handled with care.

Minimum Spend Limit: $30 for online orders

  • Zone 1 (0–3 km):
    Free delivery for orders $100+
    Below $100: $15 delivery fee

  • Zone 2 (3–10 km):
    Free delivery for orders $200+
    Below $200:     $20 delivery fee

  • Zone 3 (10–15 km):
    Free delivery for orders $250+
    Below $250:     $30 delivery fee

  • Zone 4 (15 km+):
    Free delivery for orders $300+
    Below $300:     $40 delivery fee

Delivery Guidelines

Temperature Control

  • All perishable items are packed with food-safe insulated packaging
  • Cold items maintained below 4°C (40°F)
  • Hot items delivered in thermal containers

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: Within 2-hour window
  • Express delivery: Within 45 minutes (additional $30 fee)
  • Orders must be placed minimum 3 hour before requested delivery

Food Safety Requirements

  • Recipient must be present to receive perishable items
  • We cannot leave food unattended for safety reasons
  • Valid ID required for orders containing alcohol (if applicable)

Weather Policy

During extreme weather conditions, delivery may be suspended for safety. Affected customers will be notified and offered:

  • Rescheduling at no charge
  • Full refund
  • Pickup option
