Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

Standard Orders (Under $75)

  • 12+ hours before pickup/delivery: Full refund
  • Less than 8 hours: 50% refund or store credit
  • Less than 2 hours: No refund

Large Orders ($100-$200)

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 75% refund
  • 6-12 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours: No refund

Catering Orders ($200+)

  • 72+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 48-72 hours notice: 50% refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 25% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

  1. Call us immediately at (416) 537-2569
  2. Provide your order number and contact information
  3. Receive confirmation of cancellation via email

Modifications

  • Order modifications follow the same timeline as cancellations
  • Adding items subject to availability
  • Reducing quantities may affect delivery eligibility

Special Events

Orders for holidays and special events (Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, etc.):

  • Require 48 hours cancellation notice minimum
  • May have modified cancellation terms noted at time of order

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit for the full cancellation amount, valid for 24 months.

Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control:

  • Orders may be cancelled by either party without penalty
  • Full refunds or rescheduling offered

Subscription Orders

For recurring/subscription orders:

  • Cancel anytime with 48 hours notice
  • Cancellations apply to future orders only
  • Partial month refunds not available
