Standard Orders (Under $75)

Less than 8 hours: 50% refund or store credit

Large Orders ($100-$200)

24+ hours notice: Full refund

12-24 hours notice: 75% refund

6-12 hours notice: 50% refund

Less than 6 hours: No refund
Catering Orders ($200+)

72+ hours notice: Full refund

48-72 hours notice: 50% refund

24-48 hours notice: 25% refund

Less than 24 hours: No refund
How to Cancel
To cancel your order:
- Call us immediately at (416) 537-2569
- Provide your order number and contact information
- Receive confirmation of cancellation via email
Modifications
- Order modifications follow the same timeline as cancellations
- Adding items subject to availability
- Reducing quantities may affect delivery eligibility
Special Events
Orders for holidays and special events (Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, etc.):
- Require 48 hours cancellation notice minimum
- May have modified cancellation terms noted at time of order
Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit for the full cancellation amount, valid for 24 months.
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control:
- Orders may be cancelled by either party without penalty
- Full refunds or rescheduling offered
Subscription Orders
For recurring/subscription orders:
- Cancel anytime with 48 hours notice
- Cancellations apply to future orders only
- Partial month refunds not available
